Nicholas Demos from Kenosha, WI had an idea to transport finished vehicles from the manufacturer to the dealer more efficiently than by the single driveaway method commonly used during the time. This new transport method went against the "single driveaway" method that was commonly used at the time and helped define the company as a unique business.
