Clients are concerned about the development of the Victoria Harbour Marina and the operations of the Licensee under an acquatic licence granted by the province in connection with development of the marina. They have asked us to contact the Minister and the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations to look into the matter. If the Licensee has breached its obligations under its licence with the province, we have requested that the licence be cancelled.
