Introduction to the Target Contact of a recent decision made by a Department of Agriculture advisor biased against the dairy farmer's Nutrient Management Plan which directly affects the farmer's ability to obtain an approval for the Nutrient Management Plan which in turn affects the farmer's ability to obtain approval to move forward on a project to build a bio-digester to generate alternative energy and employ innovative nutrient recovery and management. Outcome would be to have the Ministry find ways to work with the farmer and his engineers and nutrient management development adviser to find an early resolution to the differences and enable the project to move forward.
