Advocacy for the deployment of rapid testing protocols to mitigate the risk of spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in the community, with a particular emphasis on testing vulnerable and elderly populations living in long-term care, assisted living and independent living residences, as well as front-line staff working in these environments.

We are seeking legislative support for programs and policies that will make the health and social care of seniors by our member organizations sustainable, that will build a larger and better trained labour force, and that will lead to the development of high quality seniors housing.
