Advocate for alternatives to the mutual fund embedded fee ban under consideration. To introduce our business and the role it plays in the financial well-being of British Columbian clients. To raise awareness of the regulatory landscape that we currently operate under as well as the potential challenges and opportunities ahead.

To discuss with the government of British Columbia actions taken by the Insurance Council of British Columbia, including restricting life insurance companies from providing Life Insurance Qualifications Program courses to their current employers as a prerequisite to life licensing and other measures that impede Primerica from recruiting and training new life insurance agents in a cost-effective manner. To introduce our business and the role it plays in the financial well-being of British Columbian clients. To raise awareness of the regulatory landscape that we currently operate under as well as the potential challenges and opportunities ahead. To discuss regulatory changes to the life license qualification program and barriers to entry to become a licensed life insurance agent. To communicate the value of life insurance ownership and the role of having a sufficient number of life insurance agents in order to promote and sale of life insurance. To advocate for reasonable entry and licensing standards for life insurance agents that do not exceed the expectations of their role and that do not create barriers to entry into the profession.
