To discuss with the Government of British Columbia actions taken by the Insurance Council of British Columbia, including restricting life insurance companies from providing Lief License Qualification Program courses to their prospective agents, requiring license applicants to obtain consent from their current employers as a prerequisite to life licensing and other measures that impede Primerica from recruiting and training new life insurance agents in a cost effective manner.
