Arranging meeting between an individual and a public office holder

I have been asked by my client to attend a meeting with BC Treaty negotiators to discuss my client's crown range permit as that relates to land under discussion at the treaty table. Intended Outcome is simply to understand how the treaty negotiations will impact his crown grazing permit. We are not asking for any changes, just understanding. I also will at some point between now and Sept 1, 2020, have and possibly arrange meetings with MEM about my client's gravel pit. Will file if and when that happens.
