Measurement and Quality Improvement in BC's Health Care System: this policy paper will contain recommendations to stakeholders, including Government, aimed at better support and coordination of health system and quality improvement efforts in BC; informs of the physicians' perspective on feature sand benefits of a robust measurement and continuous quality improvement culture in BC; 3. Physician Autonomy: this policy paper will be aimed at informing Government what physicians mean by the term "physician autonomy" and explaining why physician autonomy is fundamental to the provision of quality health care.
