Request that the Teacher Regulation Branch institute a notification process to alert teachers when their birth date and gender match that of a pardoned sexual offender. This notification to be made prior to names being submitted to the criminal Justice Branch for the criminal record check and to include information on the possibility of the need for fingerprinting, a description of how the teacher will be notified and how and where the fingerprinting would be done.

Request for enactment of Legislation regarding conflict of interest regulations for school districts by: Requiring school secretary treasurers, superintendents and deputy superintendents, on an annual basis in a public report made to school boards, to making the following disclosures on: 1.
