Development, establishment, amendment or termination of any program, policy or decision
Introduction, modification or repeal of legislation, a bill or regulation
CEPA will engage in discussions with the Ministries of Energy and Mines, Natural Gas Development, Community Sport and Cultural Development, Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training and the Premier's Office on pipeline issues in British Columbia. CEPA will discuss and provide input towards pipeline industry initiatives, including BC's five conditions and the Land Based Spill Response Initiative,the Oil and Gas Activities Act and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act. LNG value chain matters, market access and social license to operate in communities are also issues under discussion with officials.
