Discussions on the industry¿s intention to transition to the use of Portland-Limestone Cement from General Use cement, to increase the use of alternative bids for highway construction and the use of lifecycle assessment and lifecycle cost assessment methodologies to decrease costs and GHGs from highway road construction by using more concrete alternatives.
