Advocating for better alignment of the timing and availability of transmission and power. Ask for certainty regarding policy changes that may impact rates and tariffs for large industrial customers. Clarity, efficiency and practicality regarding the implementation of Oil and Gas Activities Act (OGAA) regulations. To discuss competitiveness of energy policy and environmental policy in B.C. Induced seismicity, including scientifically based, clear information and communications and coordination of approach. Natural gas related to the development and implementation of programs for communications and public outreach; the development of economic policy and environmental policy for the production of natural gas, including natural gas from shale; and policies that support innovation and technology as well as access to export as well as domestic markets. Clarity and efficiency of Regulations surrounding suspension, abandonment, reclamation and remediation, and well closure in general. Harmonization of liability management in Alberta, Saskatchewan and B.C.
