Expanding Community Benefits Agreements The Community Benefit Agreement structure will ensure better indigenous inclusion, the attraction and retention of women to the construction trades and increased opportunities for apprentices on publicly funded projects. We will advocate for more infrastructure work being designated as CBA projects.
