The BC Chiropractic Association (BCCA) is advocating for the ability to directly refer patients for X-Ray imaging. They are unable to direct refer patients, and want to change the current regulation to include their profession. They would like to have a regional pilot project funded by the Ministry of Health allowing direct access in the Island Health Authority to show that this can work across the province.
