Amendment of the School Act in order to outline clear expectations for the conduct of trustees, including a process for investigation and disciplinary options when trustees breach expectations of conduct, education policy, regulation, and/or legislation; and that the Ministry appoint an Ethics Commissioner to review the conduct of BC school district trustees to investigate complaints.
