Greg Wilson signed a letter from the business community addressed to the Honourable Harry Bains, Minister of Labour, noting the considerable costs Bill 23 will add to the workers’ compensation system, and to BC employers who pay for WorkSafeBC and urging that the Bill not be passed, particularly as the focus should remain on COVID-19 recovery and getting British Columbians back to work safely.
