Matters, initiatives, policies and programs relating to liquids-rich natural gas and light, tight oil energy resource development including:
1) Economic and regional development; international trade; investment; New West Partnership Trade Agreement,
2) Access and infrastructure for resource development and associated activities including major projects,
3) A competitive and practical regulatory framework for resource development including those related to operations, technical practices and liability management; consultation requirements; UNDRIP implementation; Environmental Assessment revitalization; Land & Resource Management Plans; Regional Strategic Environmental Assessment; Climate and Greenhouse Gas emissions policies; protection of environmental values including intergovernmental opportunities and impacts such as with the Federal Species at Risk Act; electrification policies;
4) A competitive and practical fiscal framework for resource development including those related to royalty programs; corporate income tax; Provincial Sales Tax; assessment and taxation of industrial property; Climate / Greenhouse Gas emissions / Low Carbon Industrial Strategy policies and programs
5) Matters relating to essential services designations and broad-based regulatory and fiscal industrial relief in response to COVID-19 and concurrent oil and gas global supply/ demand challenges

Development or enactment of any regulation, including the enactment of a regulation for the purposes of amending or repealing a regulation, Development, establishment, amendment or termination of any program, policy, directive or guideline of the government of British Columbia or a Provincial entity, Development of any legislative proposal by the government of British Columbia, a Provincial entity or a member of the Legislative Assembly
