Introductory meeting following a new appointment, transfer or broadening of senior public office holder's responsibilities for the purposes of providing a high level overview and brief discussion of priorities and interests of the mining sector. This could include carbon tax and the low carbon industrial strategy, the provincial review of mine permitting, the implementation of the Environmental Assessment Act and/or various Federal-Provincial agreements and regulations.
