Regarding the post-secondary review process announced on November 25, 2025, we are prepared to engage in this review, but we expect a fair, robust, and transparent process. In line with this, we ask that: 1. written submissions be fully considered alongside statements made in consultation meetings, as these are complex issues that often require context and explanation; 2. stakeholders have the opportunity to review and respond to other submissions and provide feedback on recommendations before decisions are finalized; 3. funding be included in the scope of the review, including the many net positive fiscal returns to investments in post-secondary education; 4. labour rights be respected and upheld; and 5. timelines be expanded to allow for meaningful consultation, with adequate time for stakeholders to review and respond to submissions and recommendations.
