Provided Rachel Holmes, the new ADM of Immigration Services and Strategic Planning with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs with a backgrounder document that introduces the immigrant and refugee settlement sector in BC and provides insights on key opportunities for the provincial government to strengthen BC’s economy and society through improved settlement and language supports to newcomers.
