An interest in a obtaining a change to the Agricultural Land Use regulation to exclude any landfill permitted by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy that limits the ability for such landfills to be able to accept prohibited materials under the Agricultural Land Use regulation and grant a 20 year extension of its landfill operations within the ALR
