(1) federal/provincial discussions regarding the Canada Health Transfer. Specifically, we would like to discuss the stability of cancer care services as health system funding discussions occur at the Council of the Federation .
(2) tobacco issues in BC, particularly negotiations between BC/other provinces and tobacco companies to settle tobacco health care cost recovery lawsuits and the fundamental importance of including in any settlement significant measures to reduce tobacco use.
