Construction Foundation of British Columbia is reaching out to government to introduce new initiatives pertaining to the emerging blue economy - specifically kelp industry and its relationship with First Nations communities for workforce development. The objectives are to introduce the workforce development programs they are building and identifying linkages with emerging or existing government programs pertaining to workforce development and economic development.
