We are advocating for the government of British Columbia to play an advocacy role encouraging the Federal Government to implement a 50% Refundable Investment Tax Credit to accelerate the adoption of carbon-abating technologies in the drilling and service rig industry and help Canada meet its 2030 emission reduction targets in the conventional hydrocarbon extraction industry. The Association would like the government of British Columbia to commit to complementing any federal financial support.
