Monitor all developments regarding the Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Act, the Tobacco Control Regulation, and the Tobacco Tax Act, and/or policies stemming from the same. More specifically policy and or actions to;

1) Implement a fiscal policy for provincial tobacco tax based on a similar model to that in place federally along with an anti-illicit tobacco enforcement plan to reduce levels of contraband tobacco in B.C.
2) Seek the Province to reassess regulations given expected Federal action in the same areas being considered provincially (vaping, tobacco and environmental issues), thereby avoiding duplication of effort and potentially conflicting regulatory regimes.
