Advocating for new opportunities for funding partnerships and new funding mechanisms to increase investments in the Watershed Security Fund to support First Nations, local governments and communities to plan, manage and restore their local watersheds.

Advocating for the Implementation of Water Sustainability Act tools - key areas include: i) urgently complete groundwater licensing; ii) implement source water protection recommendations from Auditor General (and Hullcar review); iii) develop Environmental Flows regulation and establish regional critical flow thresholds; and, iv) institute state of watershed monitoring & reporting.
