• Water, Land, and Resource Stewardship – Land Act permitting including Licence of Occupation, Statutory ROW
• Environment and Climate Change Strategy – Water Sustainability Act (Water Licence), Environmental Management Act (Effluent, Air Discharge, and Sewage Discharge permits)
• Forests – Forestry Act (Occupant Licence to Cut)
