The Client has been working with the local community for over four years to advance respectfully, the development of much needed light industrial and warehousing development project on fee simple lands. The location has been the site of previous industrial activity for over 100 years. This will require advancing permitting approvals for environmental communications and other matters as they arise to proceed to develop this project to the benefit of up to 500 jobs and port adjacent and needed capacity. .
