Client is proposing to develop an LNG Facility in Squamish.
Currently will keep the Minister of Energy informed of its progress and identify any regulatory issues that may require attention as it proceeds with its construction and financinfg efforts.
The Client meets reqularly (monthly) with the ADM in charge of its file, although the Lobbyist attendance is not required at those meetings.

Insuring that Client remains eligible for assistance under the LNG Framework adapted by the Province.

Ongoing updates are provided to the Ministry with regards to negotiations with the Squamish, Musquem First Nations.

Province and Client are completing a Competitive Gap Analysis to determine financial or regulatory assistance which may be required before Client can make a Final Investment Decision

- Awarding, amendment or termination of any contract, grant or financial benefit by or on behalf of the government of British Columbia or a Provincial entity
