Client is proposing to develop an LNG Facility in Squamish.
Currently will keep the Minister of Energy informed of its progress and identify any regulatory issues that may require attention as it proceeds with its construction and financinfg efforts.
The Client meets reqularly (monthly) with the ADM in charge of its file, although the Lobbyist attendance is not required at those meetings.

Insuring that Client remains eligible for assistance under the LNG Framework adapted by the Province.
