Request that the Ministry of Education and Child Care audit each school district's registration policies to ensure compliance with Section 82 (1) of the BC School Act, which guarantees that all school-aged children in public school districts across British Columbia may be registered without requiring citizenship, permanent residency or any additional documentation beyond confirming that the child and their guarandians are ordinarily residents in BC.
