Increased Financial Aid for Graduate Students. Including making graduate students an eligible group under the BC Access Grant, and recommending that the province establish permanent funding for the BC Graduate Scholarship and expanding the eligibility of the BC Graduate Scholarship to include all disciplines equally.

Increased Student Financial Aid. This includes increasing the maximum receivable amount for the BC Access Grant for all categories of students, and recommending that the province remove parental contributions from the formula of qualification for the provincial portion of student loans.
