Discussing current permitting applications, as well as the application of existing permits for the Blackwater Mine project, including time reductions for review, and support in obtaining power requirements, with the corresponding Ministers:
• Mining and Critical Minerals – Mines Act permitting
• Water, Land, and Resource Stewardship – Land Act permitting including Licence of Occupation, Statutory ROW
• Environment and Parks – Water Sustainability Act (Water Licence), Environmental Management Act (Effluent, Air Discharge, and Sewage Discharge permits)
• Forests – Forestry Act (Occupant Licence to Cut)
• Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation
• Office of the Premier

- Awarding, amendment or termination of any contract, grant or financial benefit by or on behalf of the government of British Columbia or a Provincial entity
