Montrose Industries Ltd. is an owner, developer and manager of industrial warehouse buildings and other lands which may be affected by a recent BC Supreme Court decision Cowichan Tribes v. Canada (Attorney General), 2025 BCSC 1490. The object of the lobbying is to convince the Provincial government and government of Canada to respond to that BCSC decision in such a way that protects the company from any resulting losses, costs or other negative impacts.
