Water and watershed initiatives, including any pertaining to water and water volumes, water usage, infrastructure, power, stewardship, watershed initiatives, including any pertaining to conservation, fish and fish habitat, or the Ne Too infrastructure projects. This could also include the Watershed Engagement Initiative (WEI) for the Nechako Reservoir or other new, existing and related initiatives, policies, regulations or agreements.

- Development, establishment, amendment or termination of any program, policy, directive or guideline of the government of British Columbia or a Provincial entity
- Awarding, amendment or termination of any contract, grant or financial benefit by or on behalf of the government of British Columbia or a Provincial entity
