Amend the Real Estate Services Act to create a Professional Standing Committee to establish licensing qualifications - including professional competence and conduct - and to provide practical insights into all proposed changes to real estate practice. Review the Real Estate Services Act, the Real Estate Services Regulation, and RECBC Bylaws and Rules to separate public policy from operational policy, with input from licensees.Within the BC Financial Services Authority, give the real estate licensing function the authority to make rules and operational policies.
