By means of written communication, communicating with various school districts about interpretations of existing contracts and decisions taken by the school districts in response to those interpretations. By communicating that certain school districts have interpreted contacts in a manner that is inconsistent with others, the outcome is to have these districts resume performing their obligations under existing contracts and, in any event with school resuming in the near future, confirm that that they will perform their obligations once schools resume.
