Advancing job creation, investment, economic and cultural growth within the artisinal alcohol beverage sector by amending Policy Directive 20-19 to include large format (up to 2L) of growler and crowler filled beer from draft, during 2020 and through until January 01 2021.
Definitions:
(1) Micro beer, micro cider and micro mead is based on the existing Brewery Volume definition of beer, cider and mead producers who produce under 15,000 HL per year.
(2) A growler is a glass, ceramic, or stainless steel bottle used to transport draft beer in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil and other countries.
(3) A crowler is a aluminum can that is used to transport draft beer in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil and other countries.

Ammending discriminatory directives to ensure that there is inclusion for all liquor manufacturers to participate with the corkage program at licensed food primary establishments by amending restaurant corkage policy for the allowance of packaged beer, packaged cider and packaged mead to be included as part of the corkage program. The amendment on this particular discriminatory directives will encourage job creation, investment, economic growth and cultural growth - while removing discriminatory policies that only exclusively favor wine manufacturers and wine consumers - within the artisinal alcohol beverage sector.
