Seeking funding from BC Gaming for either capital projects, such as facility renovations or program delivery - specifically receiving funding for the community assistance program, providing those in need with clothing and furniture, the adopt-a-family program offering hampers to those in need over hte holidays, the community service worker program providing supervision to those mandated by the courts to serve community hours. SHARE is also spearheading a group of social and community agencies who wish to collaborate on how to better meet the needs of underemployed youth with diverse abilities in their quest for employment.
