Vantage Point is supporting other not-for-profit organizations in sharing information with government about recent jurisprudence that changes the interpretation of the law regarding recent amendments to the Societies Act, Section 83. Recent court cases call into questions amendments made to the Societies Act allowing electronic AGMs - organizations may need to hear from government that they should revert back to in-person AGMs.
