Policy and program recommendations regarding the removal of aggregate from the Site C reservoir prior to inundation. The Coalition is concerned about future road maintenance and upgrade due to overall regional aggregate shortages.

Transportation
Policy and program recommendations regarding the social and economic importance of safe and reliable rural roads that are upgraded and maintained to a condition suitable for the type and volume of traffic that rely on them. The Coalition advocates to upgrade a grid of key roads to provide reliable year round access for residents and to stimulate and encourage economic activity from the primary industries by providing 100% legal axle load loading to for twelve months per year. This activity will increase government revenue, reduce seasonal lay-offs and stimulate the regional and provincial economy.
