It is imperative that the Ministry of Health revisits and reinforces the policies intended to
support faith-based and ethno-cultural priority placements in residential care on an urgent basis in light of the rising levels of antisemitism being experienced within the Jewish community. Ensuring that these policies are adhered to consistently will ensure that Louis Brier Home and Hospital can continue to serve the specific needs of Vancouver’s Jewish community effectively.
