Discuss the status of vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technologies in British Columbia, as well as opportunities for Canadian businesses in British Columbia and across Canada. A request for greater collaboration between British Columbia and Quebec to support the development and deployment of V2G technologies and related business opportunities was also presented.
Propulsion Québec also gave advice on the technical readiness of V2G, including charger compatibility, telecommunications standards, as well as market integration and potential at the distribution level (demand management) and the generation and transmission level.
