Met with Director of Policy, Residential Tenancy Branch to provide input on the interpretation of "transitional housing" for the purposes of exclusion from the Residential Tenency Act. This was in response to the Court of Appeal decision in McNeil which called on the RTB to provide clarity on this issue.
