Equitable support for teacher candidates and the availability of a clear process for Black, Indigenous, and people of colour (BIPOC) teacher candidates to request a BIPO faculty and/or school associate or, if they prefer, to work with non-BIPOC associates who are literate in anti-oppression and possess lived experience interrogating white priviledge--whenever possible.
