Enquire about the status of and seek the issuance of permits or other approvals or exemptions for new and existing energy projects. Encourage the development of Energy policy and the drafting of legislation that facilitates renewal, development and expansion of opportunities for Independent Power Producers. Encourage the awarding of Energy Purchase Agreements where appropriate. Encourage a policy and plan for more open access for customers e.g. Commercial, Industrial and Municipalities and Universities, Schools and Hospitals.
