Amend the Real Estate Services Act to create a Professional Standing Committee to establish licensing qualifications - including professional competence and conduct - and to provide practical insights into all proposed changes to real estate practice.
Revise the managing broker structure so that it is attractive to managing brokers and provides adequate supervision for representatives.
Reduce the harms caused by the ban on limited dual agency.
