The Canadian ETF Association is looking to promote its organization and its priorities with the relevant elected officials, public servants and political staff who have a role in legislating, or an interest in, financial institutions, investments and pensions. Efforts will focus on advancing priorities to strengthen Canada’s investment landscape, restricting distribution incentives for non-Canadian ETFs, and creating tax-advantaged accounts to promote fixed income ETFs.
