Amend the forthcoming Restricted Insurance Agent regulations to allow mortgage brokers to sell life, critical illness and disability insurance without creditor involvement and request BCFSA to amend guidance which currently restricts consumer access to life, critical illness and disability insurance for mortgage broker clients.
