Reform of the Labour Relations Board not limited to: positions, succession planning, compensation and benefits; establish conditions for recruitment and retention of expert board members; form or expand expert advisory committee to provide recommendations, advice and support to the Ministry of Labour on succession planning and recruitment; provide support to the board for (i) improved performance standards, (ii) continuing board development, education and training, (iii) increases the regular exchange of common issues, developments and industry and labour perspectives between the board, employers and labour; (iv) more effective and timely case management to allow certainty and predictability.
