Description of Activities

The Prosthetic and Orthotic Association of BC (POABC) represents Prosthetic and Orthotic practitioners, technicians, students and facility owners/managers. The POABC strives to offer patients high-quality care from the beginning of the treatment process. We provide patient assessments, fittings and long-term follow-up care and solutions tailored to each individual patient. We strongly believe in advocating for our patients and providing the highest quality of life by taking an active role in provincial funding, education and research.
